Tall, pale skin, black messy hair, black tank top robe thing and black boots. Has a small black mole on the right side of his bottom lip, and a barcode on his shoulder.

Ooooh, a bunch, probably. XD Unless you threw him in a Rob Zombie concert.

In the world in the story, no. In HIS personal world, yes.

Black hair over his face, and holding meat cleavers.

Sure, why not? Dead men can be attractive!
Personality
He has a temper, and a rage to get revenge on a lot of things. However, deep down he's very intellectual and always thinks things through unless he's blinded by madness. He surprises some of the characters towards the middle of the story by acting rational and calm as opposed to his normal butchering.
1) Temper?
A meeean temper. Once he goes off it's hard to calm him down.
2) Does your character ever get depressed?
In the early stages of his "life", he was very depressed. Currently, he has no time to think about being emotional or depressed.
3) Leader or Follower?
I guess leader because he follows himself only, but he refuses to lead anybody, or let anybody close to him.
4) What is the main aspect of his/her personality?
A ghost bent on revenge. A little reference to Casper, since he has "unfinished business".
History

Not known to the readers, and no, they aren't.

Actually, no. XD =jisuk's answer made me giggle on this one. Sipiyu stays in the asylum. If he lived away from the asylum he would be on his own. It's hard to say, though, because he's dependant only upon himself, but he shares the asylum with the patients and the workers there.
3) Has he/she encountered any traumatizing events?
Oh very much so. A traumatizing event put him where he is now. :B
4) What was probably the best time in his/her life so far?
The friend he made before his traumatizing event. *VAGUENESS!*
Romance

He's come close, but otherwise nawp.

For terrorizing the asylum!

He's blind of any significant thought when he's super mad. Even though he's dead, he can be placed under a seal which sucks away his spiritual energy, and for things like him, that hurts muchly.

Meat cleavers, behbeh.
4) Does your OC drink or smoke (ect.)?
I could probably see him drinking. XD;
5) What's one quirk about your him/her?
I couldn't do more with his outfit. It seems so dull sometimes. It's easy to draw, yeah, but I wish I could do something to make him stand out a bit more as a menacing ghost, but nothing else seems to work. Also his age difference with a lot of the characters. *COUGH*
6) Does your character have any phobias?
Losing what's most important to him. And no, it's not a person he'd lose. :3
7) What could you do to get him/her into a blind rage?
I couuuuld.. taunt him and remind him of his pwnage long ago. Usually his anger is fueled on his own.

He likes.. THEIR BLOOOOOD. D:
The Final Question
What would you consider your relationship with your character to be like?
Hmmm.. he's my darker side, probably. He ends up becoming a gateway for me to channel a lot of my negative energy through, and it helps me develop the story and his character through a lot of thoughts and planning. I guess he's sort of the sin in me.
